One of the last and most stable private groups in the east is seeking a residency trained EP for their partnership track.  The group runs the EDs in a major trauma center, a smaller community hospital and a stand-alone ED with a combined census of 110,000.  Scribes on all shifts and all the bells and whistles.  Income is fee for service and docs average over $400K in the first 2 years prior to full partnership.
